Order Information
For each order, you can view:
- Order number
- Order date
- Items purchased
- Order total
- Payment status
- Shipping status
- Tracking information (if available)
Order Status Definitions
- Pending – Your order has been received and is awaiting processing.
- Processing – Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped – Your order has been dispatched.
- Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.
- Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.
- Returned – Your returned item has been received and processed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned according to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed after the returned items are inspected and approved.
